Purpose
Locate and review a patient's past, present and future appointments in Open Dental.
Steps
1Open patient
OD → Search → by name or chart number → select.
2"Appointments" tab
In patient panel, go to Appointments tab.
3Filter by status
Scheduled / Complete / Broken / No-Show as needed.
4View details
Click an appointment to see provider, planned procedures, notes, etc.
Tip: For future appointments you can also use Schedule → Day View and filter by patient.
